MEMORANDUM FOR THE CHIEF OF STAFF
Having received and considered the recommendation of the Air Force Board for Correction of Military Records and under the authority of Section 1552, Title 10, United States Code, it is directed that:
The pertinent military records of the Department of the Air Force relating to be, and hereby is, corrected to show that the narrative reason for his 10 September 2010 entry-level separation with uncharacterized service was "Secretarial Authority," rather than "Failed Medical/Physical Procurement Standards," with a separation program designator (SPD) code of "KFF," rather than "JFW, and a reentry (RE) code of 3K, rather than 4C.
